Bernard was closely involved in Benedikt Howedes on the other side, and with the Brazil forced long passes, converted central defender had the beating of him in aerial empoignades.
Oscar was ousted by the Middle, with Bastian Schweinsteiger and Khedira him close easily.
That left the Seleç?o in a position where they had to force passes or dribbling - see David Luiz - in attack, and the likes of Mueller and Kroos could drift toward intelligent positions in space, to perceive the Counter first-ball out of defence and start turning the Brazil the other sense.
Advanced stages
The game was wide open late, and Bernard finally began to find the workspace after switching to the left.

It was, overall, an embarrassing astonishing performance of the Brazil; a display in which their struggles and disconnects, which suffers their long all the tournament, wore their ugly head in dramatic fashion.
For Germany, this is the ultimate; Low it was perfectly timed. They were poor for four games, average for one and broke now the semi-final, put at the head of the Maracan? full of confidence, goals and insurance in their projections.
