Salman Butt, Yasir Hameed and Umar Amin hit half centuries as Pakistan opted for batting practice in their two-day tour match against Leicestershire.
The home side added 19 to their overnight score before declaring on 296-7 when Wayne White was out for 79.
Pakistan only lost three wickets but Butt (57), Azhar Ali (41), Hameed (58) and Amin (51) all retired out.
The tourists, who face Australia in the first Test at Lord's next week, were 280-7 when a draw was agreed.
England is hosting the two-Test series because of continuing security concerns in Pakistan.
