Ventoso sprints to stage glory.

Carmiooro-NGC rider Francisco Ventoso sprinted to victory in stage one of the Ster Elektrotoer in Netherlands.

Ventoso beat out Rabobank's Graeme Brown and Romain Feillu of Vacansoleil in a sprint finished as race favourite Andre Greipel suffered a puncture.
Greipel recovered from the setback, which happened 14km before the finish, and eventually managed to grab fourth place ahead of Lucas Sebastian Haedo of SaxoBank.
"I was on the right wheel," said Ventoso. "It was a fast sprint. Actually I like more of a hilly course."
