Ginobili was not enough.

Ginobili had tried everything, but the Cavaliers and Delonte West Jawad Williams won.

Despite a very good Manu Ginobili, San Antonio was forced to bow against Cleveland, though deprived of LeBron James and Shaquille O'Neal.

The match of the night:
0 victory-9 losses! The stat of the results of Cleveland in the absence of LeBron James from the 2007-2008 season was something to fear before facing the Spurs last night. For more of LB23, Shaquille O'Neal, also was fixed! That was enough to shake the Quicken Loans Arena and delay a little chance to catch the 50th win of the season. Or so they thought! Because Cleveland has shown that even without James even without O'Neal, and with new packages during the match, the victory could happen. Because the lot was literally hard against players of Ohio. Already lost a portion of its forces, Cleveland saw Anthony Parker finger injury in the first quarter. And yet, it was nothing before the injured Antawn Jamison in early 3rd quarter time, touched his knee left and forced to leave his partner finished without him.
Before that, San Antonio had held the high hand guests a night. Also denied a major player (Tony Parker, injured his hands), the Spurs were Manu Ginobili in solution to their problem. The Argentinian, only holds for the 2nd time this season, sprinkled distance (38 points, his season record, 7 / 11 to 3 points) and kept the Texans in the game. Although supported by George Hill (point 23), Ginobili could even glimpse a radiant evening when attacking the final quarter (72-76). But Cleveland then put his group (6 players to 11 points or more) off. Jawad Williams (point 13), Mo Williams (17 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists), Delonte West and (16 points, 5 assists) brought back up to the Cavaliers (85-85) at 6 minutes remaining. Even better since the repair line, JJ Hickson (12 points) and West provided leadership in their (93-90). The turning point occurs on yet another shot of Ginobili, announced to 3 points, but corrected to 2 after watching videos by the arbitrators. SA would never recover. Mo Williams and Anderson Varejo donned the last free throws while Roger Mason (2 points, 0 / 8 to 3 points) missed the shot of the EQ to 3 seconds the buzzer (97-95). Cleveland then compiles his 50th victory. This is the first team in the league to reach that figure this season. It is above all a strong signal sent to the competition. For when James O'Neal and Jamison are back, things should even be complicated for opponents.

The night of Frenchies:
Rodrigue Beaubois, again with Dallas owner, has done the work. 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the student of Jason Kidd. Ian Mahinmi was entitled to 5 minutes of playing time with the Spurs. Parker and Turiaf, both injured, did not play.
R. Beaubois (112-125 Min-Dal) 11 pts, 4 / 12, 5 rebounds, 4 feet, 1 Int, 1 Co, 22 min
I. Mahinmi (Cle-SAS 97-95) 1 pt, 0 / 1, 1 rbd, 5 min
T. Parker (SAS-Cle 97-95) DNP hand
R. Turiaf ((NOH-GSW 135-131) DNP knee

The MVP of the night:
Certainly, Manu Ginobili will not be satisfied with his night. Yet the Gaucho has achieved its best performance since a long time: 38 points, 7 / 11 to 3 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals. But this was not enough to beat Cleveland (see game night). Especially, Ginobili had his shot at the equalizer 55 seconds from the buzzer to be added 2 points and no 3. "It plays anything. But idling is formal. It was an important shot. It changed the whole face of the game, conceded he "very sad" after the fact. Note also the very good night's Al Jefferson (36 points, 13 rebounds) for Minnesota against Dallas.
M. Ginobili (SAS-Cle 97-95) 38 pt, 12/23, 7 rebounds 5 feet, 2 int, 37 min
A. Jefferson (Min, Dal 112-125) 36 pts, 15/21, 13 rebounds, 2 feet, 2 co, 38 min
S. Marion (Min-Dal 112-125) 29 pts, 14/25, 14 rebounds, 3 int, 38 min
D. West (NOH-GSW 135-131) 28 pt, 11/16, 13 rebounds, 3 feet, 41 min

Remember also:
12 and later to Dallas! The Mavs were chained to their 12th consecutive victory last night by going to dominate Minnesota on his floor (112-125). Al Jefferson had done everything to put out the fire, but Marion Butler and Nowitzki were "on fire" (all three to 23 points or more). The Lakers, if not further than that and rather a form declining, may begin to worry about the pole in the West. In other games, we noted the Knicks' surprising success against Atlanta, although it is becoming a habit this season (3rd win in as many games). New Orleans has made the show against Golden State (135-131). Darren Collison took this opportunity to confirm that it was perhaps an alternative to Chris Paul (injured). The former student at UCLA has compiled 16 points and 20 assists (tied record Nash this season, and 1 pass only the franchise record held by CP3).

Results of night:
Cleveland - San Antonio 97-95
New York - Atlanta 99-98
Memphis - New Jersey 107-101
Minnesota -- Dallas 112-125
New Orleans - Golden State 135-131
