Alonso expressed his happiness for the title of the Bahrain Grand Prix Formula One.

His driver Fernando Alonso, Ferrari star of Formula 1 are very pleased to win on Sunday won the Bahrain Grand Prix in the early stages of the World Championship (Grand Prix) for the Formula 1 season in 2010.
Alonso said "It's a very special day for me. Ascent to the summit is always something special, but it is wonderful with Ferrari which has a long history (in the Formula One world championships 1)."
Nevertheless, Alonso tried to mitigate the increasing expectations on the competition for the championship title when he said "we have nothing yet. We won the first race only. But everyone worked hard and deserved the win. Especially the team members who are in Italy."
