OJ 2010/Dopage - The IOC delivered a "reprimand" against a Slovak hockey player.
The International Olympic Committee has reprimanded the Slovak hockey Lubomir Visnovsky for using a banned substance as part of a treatment against influenza. The Disciplinary Committee justifies its leniency by the fact that the athlete had taken advice from the doctor of his club and that of its selection prior to treatment. He also "said the taking of the drug on its formulary doping control", and "knew that the drug contained a banned substance."
