Stern revealed the figures on the sidelines of the end of the week "All-Star," held in Dallas, U.S. to realize why the players union "changes expressions" requested by the association in the future agreement on labor relations in the league, to become effective from the July 2011 expiry date the current decade.
The rumors now are a few days ago about the possibility of a labor dispute next season, because negotiations between the owners and players are not progressing at all. This was rejected by the Association to propose a solution of Friday by the union players.
Stern said: "You can withdraw our proposal, shredded, burned and pedal, but you must understand that it reflects the financial realities of where we are now. Have given us a proposal commensurate with the financial reality."
The director Billy Hunter, the players union that the amendments could negatively impact on every player in the league: "No one wants to see this beautiful entity built destroy Stern and is liable to damage. We'll make every effort to reach an agreement but we want it more equitable."
